Garden Defenders

Prepare your lawn for battle in Garden Defenders, a colorful strategy and tower-defense game where plants are your greatest weapons.

Collect sunlight and use it to build a defensive formation across five garden lanes. Every plant serves a different purpose: Sunflowers produce valuable sunlight, Peashooters attack approaching enemies, Snow Peas slow dangerous invaders, Wall Nuts absorb heavy damage and Cherry Bombs clear groups with powerful explosions.

Survive eight increasingly difficult waves featuring normal enemies, cone-armored attackers, heavily protected bucket enemies and a special final-wave invasion. If attackers break through your defenses, each lane has one emergency lawnmower that can clear the path—but once it is used, that lane becomes vulnerable.

Choose from Easy, Normal or Hard difficulty, manage your resources carefully and position each plant strategically. With animated characters, responsive controls and support for English, Simplified Chinese and Russian, Garden Defenders delivers an accessible yet challenging defense experience for strategy fans.

1. Choose your preferred language and difficulty.
2. Select a plant from the card panel.
3. Choose an empty lawn tile to place it.
4. Collect falling sunlight to purchase more plants.
5. Build defenses across all five lanes.
6. Use Sunflowers to generate additional sunlight.
7. Place Peashooters to attack enemies from a distance.
8. Use Snow Peas to damage and slow advancing enemies.
9. Position Wall Nuts to block enemies and protect attacking plants.
10. Deploy Cherry Bombs to damage groups across nearby lanes.
11. Survive all eight waves to save the garden.
12. Do not rely too heavily on lawnmowers—each lane has only one.

Keyboard controls

• 1–5: Select a plant
• Arrow keys: Move between lawn tiles
• Enter: Plant on the selected tile
• Delete or Backspace: Remove a plant
• Spacebar: Collect all visible sunlight
• P: Pause or resume

Mouse and touchscreen players can select plant cards, collect sunlight and choose lawn tiles directly.
